| The candidate will be able to teach graduate level courses with content focused on theories of community and economic development and a contextual understanding of the forces that change the development and community life of urban areas. The candidate also will be able to teach content focused on feasibility analysis, financing of development and facilities, social services and community-based enterprises. The successful candidate should possess an advanced degree in a related field (such as MPL, MRED, MARCH, MLARCH, MPA, MPP, MBA, PhD). Candidate must also have significant professional experience in planning or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations. |
