| ||Departmental Overview |
| ||This position is the systems administrator responsible for maintaining a KRONOS based timekeeping system CalTime for approximately 24k employees by monitoring error reports, ensuring system is working as designed, problem solving and escalating issues as needed. Involves analyzing large-scale business processes, pay rules, and problems; developing solutions involving the use of computer systems (KRONOS 7.0 Timekeeping, Payroll & Personnel System and PeopleSoft HCM), information flow and architecture; creating specifications for systems to meet requirements; validating requirements against needs; designing details of automated systems; developing user interface design; planning and executing unit integration and acceptance testing. May lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues. |
This requisition is for two openings.
| ||Responsibilities |
| ||Applies advanced business systems concepts to define highly complex systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. |
Monitor KRONOS 7.0 timekeeping system & Interface errors reports.
Performs highly complex analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Maintain KRONOS 7.0 tables, job codes, and pay codes.
Respond to system related footprints tickets and determine if escalation to IT team is needed.
Plans and executes unit integration and acceptance testing.
May lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues.
Create and maintain KRONOS 7.0 genies, custom reports, and schedule tools, work rules, accrual profiles and supervisor delegation.
Audit timekeeping audit control reports: leave without pay, leave balance reconciliation, and sign-offs.
Work with communications team to release information regarding changes, installs, fixes, and system enhancements.

Must have knowledge relating to the design of applications programs.
Requires knowledge of other related areas of IT.
Knowledge of department processes and procedures.
Requires skills associated with analysis of processes and problems, information flow and architecture.
Requires interpersonal and communications skills in order to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
Bachelors degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
