Position DescriptionThe Milgard School of Business at the University of Washington Tacoma invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor of Economics position in its AACSB-accredited program. This full-time position has a 9-month service period and begins September 2019 (Autumn Quarter). Candidates will teach a variety of economics courses which could include principles of economics, intermediate macroeconomics, and intermediate microeconomics. This position will also contribute to our finance major by teaching elective classes covering topics such as international finance and financial markets and institutions. The successful candidate will contribute as an engaged researcher and collaborative colleague to serve our growing school and campus in pursuit of our mission.
