The Middle School (grades 6-8) seeks a humanities teacher for the 2019-20 academic year. Over the past two years, Ranney has developed an excellent humanities program for students in both sixth and seventh grades. Afforded double, back-to-back blocks, the humanities teacher can create interdisciplinary learning opportunities for students. The sixth grade humanities curriculum is focused mainly on world cultures, connecting history, literature, the arts, geography, and culture studies. Candidates will ideally have an advanced degree in either education or a humanities-related field and middle school teaching experience. To Apply:
