St. Louis University High is a Catholic, Jesuit, college preparatory school for young men committed to its presence in the city of St. Louis and dedicated to building Christ’s kingdom of truth, justice, love and peace. The school expects faculty and staff to participate in spiritual formation programs, retreats, and Ignatian formation in education and spirituality.
The person hired for this position will teach a fulltime load of classes in our Science Department with a principal focus in Physics. Ideal candidates will demonstrate interest in and capacity for working with the SLUH Physics team in realizing our curricular goals, including the integration of the new SLUH Innovation Lab into lessons, activities and projects.
Certification in Physics, a Master’s degree and teaching experience are preferred.
Candidates will be expected to make a vibrant contribution to the school’s co-curricular program in support of our mission of the educational and spiritual formation for young men.
