Requisition Number: 19A312179 Location: Lawrenceville Position Overview: The Department of History and Philosophy at Rider University seeks applications for a tenure track position in the history of the African diaspora, including Africa and Latin America and/or the Caribbean. Ability to teach African American History also desirable. The successful applicant will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in his or her specialized fields and possibly a world history survey on a 3-3 teaching load. The Rider University community is composed of faculty, staff and students from a wide range of culturally diverse backgrounds. Applicants should be experienced with, and committed to work in and with, such a diverse population.
