Drew University is seeking an Office Administrator in the Office of the Registrar. This customer service heavy position is the first touchpoint for the Office of the Registrar for students, faculty, and staff, and liaises with offices across campus. Processes a high volume of requests from current students and outside offices, updates confidential information on student records, and answers daily inquiries in person, via phone, and via email. Works closely with other staff members of the Registrar’s Office to provide project support, assist with additional data entry, and manage shared office resources (electronic and non-electronic).
