To perform the day-to day operations of the instructional programs.
Essential Duties :
Teaches courses as scheduled. Maintains office hours as set by the college.
Prepares course information sheets which include stated objectives for each course.
Keeps current on developments regarding instructional methodology & technology.
Make recommendations regarding curriculum additions, deletions or revisions.
Provides a grade evaluation on each student’s performance in a fashion and frequency required by the college.
Participate in assessment assignments and data collection.
Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Primary teaching responsibilities in Bryan but some teaching responsibilities might be on any Blinn campus.
Possess a driver’s license to facilitate travel to different campuses if necessary.
We have opportunities to teach Face to Face, blended/hybrid, dual credit, and Distance Education classes.
College teaching experience desirable. Online or hybrid teaching experience preferred.
Salary Range: per faculty salary schedule
