Harborview Medical Center’s 4MB- Podiatry Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a 90% FTE, Monday thru Friday, (40hrs (32hrs every other week (w/Friday off) per week, Day shift, Registered Nurse (RN2) position. The RN position will work primarily with the 4MB Podiatry Clinic and will also assist the other 4MB Clinics as needed.
HMC’s 4MB Podiatry Clinic treats patients for multiple foot disorders including the high risk Diabetic foot patient population. 4MB offers follow-up care for UW Medicine patients discharged from a hospital setting. The Podiatry Nurse is responsible to review clinic for the week and provide MD support as needed. The RN’s roles and responsibilities include but not limited to Pre Operative teaching, wound care, telephone triage and patient education..
The 4MB Rehabilitation Medicine Clinics offers consultation and comprehensive evaluation for the development of treatment plans for adults with a history of spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke, amputations, burns, orthopedic injuries and soft tissue injuries. Members of the care team include physiatrists (medical doctors specializing in rehabilitation medicine), rehabilitation nurses, patient care coordinators, rehab psychologists and social workers.
