Teach in an innovative and growing MSW program with substantive focus on trauma-informed clinical practice and collaboration with practice communities. Teach online MSW courses related to trauma treatment with marginalized populations such as refugees, other migrants, BIPOC, and/or LGBTQIA+. The incumbent would also be expected to teach courses that may include, but are not limited to MSW foundation, field education, and/or electives courses. Maintain Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) status in the State of Minnesota. Instruct courses in varied locations, at varied times, and via various media commensurate with department and university needs. Engage in scholarly research or creative achievement to enhance knowledge of field. Provide evidence of continuing preparation and study in the field to enhance teaching abilities. Contribute to student growth and development including student advising. Provide service to the university and community including the program, the department, the college, the university, and the greater community. Support Winona State University’s mission to enhance the intellectual, social, cultural, and economic vitality of the people and communities we serve. Assist with Council of Social Work Education accreditation process, program development and growth, program assessment, and curriculum design and delivery. Practice community engagement through collaboration with other professionals and a commitment to meeting the needs of underrepresented and marginalized populations.Required Qualifications: Minimum:
Earned doctorate in social work or related discipline by start date in August 2021. Temporary Graduate Social Work Licensure or regular social work licensure (LICSW-level) in the state of Minnesota by start date in August 2021. LICSW-level licensure is required by January, 2022. MSW degree from a CSWE accredited program. Two-years post-MSW degree trauma-focused clinical practice experience. Evidence of trauma-focused clinical practice experience with marginalized populations such as refugees, other migrants, BIPOC, and/or LGBTQIA+. Record of trauma-focused scholarly and/or creative work. Prior experience teaching in social work or related field. Demonstrated commitment to meeting the needs of marginalized populations such as refugees, other migrants, BIPOC, and/or LGBTQIA+.Preferred Qualifications: Preferred:

Demonstrated experience with CSWE accreditation processes. An ability to collaborate in-person with program colleagues, students, and community partners.
