JOB SUMMARY The UConn Library seeks two proactive librarians who are passionate about positively impacting the holistic student experience. The Student Success Librarians will work collaboratively with Library colleagues, students, and campus partners to actively support student academic success and lifelong learning at UConn. The successful candidates will draw on strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to build and maintain successful working partnerships across the UConn Library and larger University community. Reporting to the Head of Reference & Curriculum Services, both Student Success Librarians will develop, deliver, and assess engaging, scalable, and sustainable programming and services. One position will have a special focus on advancing Open Educational Resources (OER) efforts and the other on advancing the Library's information literacy programming. Along with all UConn Library personnel, the successful candidates will advance diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion efforts at the Library, making positive contributions to a culture of inclusion and respect in all interactions within the Library and across the University.
