Peoria is a vibrant, small city in central Illinois. Located about 2.5 hours from Chicago, Peoria is home to Caterpillar, the University of Illinois Medical School, and Bradley University. Offering a family-friendly lifestyle and low cost of living, Peoria is a great place to raise a family and make a home. Peoria Academy’s students join us from many towns and cities in the Peoria region and represent remarkable domestic and international diversity, with 13 different languages spoken in our students’ homes.
