The Pike School is seeking a Long Term Substitute for a Fourth Grade Teacher for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year. This position will begin on Monday, May 3, 2021 and end on Friday, June 18, 2021. The substitute will take over all teaching responsibilities for a class of 13 students for the remainder of the school year.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the skill and desire to develop a positive rapport with students, colleagues and families and will be an effective communicator. They will teach language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies.

At least three years of elementary teaching experience, strong collaborative skills, and a BA are required. A Master’s Degree and knowledge of PLC practices are preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.
