Responsible for supporting the leadership of the College of Business Undergraduate Programs by overseeing office operations and enrollment management. Oversees processes for assurance of learning, surveys and operational reporting; looks for ways to make continuous improvements. Will partner with other staff to support admissions-related events. Expected to participate in professional associations and promote the College's reputation, engage in the exchange of best practices and ongoing professional development. 1. Enrollment management *Collaborate with faculty leadership to develop line schedules and parameters for class sizes that balance student and faculty needs, verifying appropriateness of schedules across Business undergraduate curricula *Prepare and update reports to inform line scheduling, enrollment and academic policy decisions *Collaborate with faculty and administrative offices to administer the Business global and diversity requirements; ensure the Office is kept informed about program options available for students *Oversee timely review of exception requests related to registration and course scheduling; keep the Associate Dean, advising staff and relevant faculty leadership apprised of trends and issues; use data to implement continuous improvements *Participate in relevant University and College committees, work groups and other appropriate bodies as assigned; serve as back-up for the Associate Dean as required *Other duties as assigned by the Associate Dean/Director of Undergraduate Programs
2. Curriculum-related responsibilities *Assist the Director with assurance of learning process administration and reporting; Conduct benchmarking required for curriculum assessment and continuous improvement *Do collection, research, compilation and analysis of data related to Lehigh Business Undergraduate Programs and Services; communicate findings either in writing and/or via oral reports *Serve as the primary Undergraduate Programs Office's point person for CIM, to ensure appropriate use and administrative follow up in Undergraduate Programs Office after course and curriculum change approvals; collaborate with associate dean to be sure curricular changes are appropriately anticipated and implemented in line schedule processes *Engage in direct student development by either teaching (up to three, 1-credit sections of BUS 001: Foundations of Business) and/or leading co-curriculum programs for undergraduate business students. *Other duties as assigned by the associate dean/director of Undergraduate Programs.
3. Administration and Outreach *Assist office leadership in evaluating Undergraduate Office operations and establishing metrics (KPIs) and benchmarks to inform continuous improvement; oversee KPI reporting on a regular basis; obtain and report data on a regular basis, including student surveys *May direct or perform collection/research, compilation, and analysis of data/information related to Undergraduate Programs and Services (including external benchmarking), and communicate findings either in writing and/or via oral reports. *Oversee administration of Office systems and software, ensuring appropriate training, use, and reporting; serve as point person to assess Office information needs, recommend/evaluate potential solutions, and oversee implementation; serve as contact to other Lehigh Offices to ensure alignment of systems with other Offices and Lehigh policies *Be abreast of policy/procedures/processes relevant to academic operations in the College and Lehigh, and make recommendations for change to the associate dean as appropriate. *Assists associate dean in the planning and implementation of outreach events and communications intended for external audiences (e.g., prospective students, professional associations, parents of current students, etc.), including website. *Other duties as assigned by associate dean.
4. Participate in appropriate professional associations external to Lehigh to promote the College of Business' reputation, engage in the exchange of best practices, and gain ongoing professional development

Ability to work evenings and/or weekends during peak periods
Master's Degree in Business, Higher Education or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five to eight years related work experience
Experience collecting and using data to solve problems
Demonstrated ability to organize and lead projects on time and on budget
Strong interpersonal, writing, presentation and facilitation skills; experience leading workshops preferred
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds and functions to achieve shared goals
Experience working in business organization(s) outside academia also preferred
Excellent computer skills with experience using word processing and spreadsheet software
Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the position
