ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT III, Agricultural and Resource Economics
The primary responsibility of this Administrative Support Assistant III position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the faculty, staff, and students of the Department of Agricultural & Resource Economics and to serve as the Department's Social Media Coordinator. This position supports the Department's academic, research, and Extension programs.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Providing administrative support for faculty, including assisting with project management, scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements; receiving and directing phone calls and in-person visitors; supporting the undergraduate teaching program, including using University systems to schedule courses, reserve rooms, change student majors, and enroll students in courses; serving as Social Media Coordinator, including coordinating, designing, and posting content and managing social media accounts; keeping up-to-date with University policies and procedures; and engaging in professional development.
