William & Mary (NCAA Division I) is seeking an outstanding individual to fill a vital role within the Baseball program. This individual will assist in all phases of the Baseball Program including on-field instruction, practice and game management, recruiting of qualified student-athletes, team travel, equipment management, scouting opponents, camps, fund raising and community service activities, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. It is expected that this person will be organized and responsible, possess superb communication and administrative skills, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media and the ability to utilize the latest advances in technology. Salary commensurate with experience. Review will begin July 5, 2021 and the position will remain open until July 12, 2021.

Previous playing and/or coaching experience of the sport, preferably at the collegiate level; proven leadership abilities; attention to detail; ability to lead small and large group discussions; bachelor’s degree or comparable education and experience; clear understanding of NCAA rules and regulations within a highly selective academic setting; proven ability in training of elite athletes.
