Normal Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Job Summary: Responsible for teacher recruitment, teacher professional development and training, and fostering communication between teachers, students, schools and systems. Develop systems for coordinating and monitoring online classrooms, including oversight of teachers and onsite teaching assistants. Provide oversight of curriculum implementation and assessment of course effectiveness. Develop and implement strategies for alignment of ACCESS courses with state course of study standards and serves as liaison with ASDE curriculum specialists.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in education, instructional technology, communications, or business and three (3) years of experience. Excellent communication skills, demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups for successful program/project development, and familiarity with educational programs delivered by technology. Satisfactory completion of comprehensive background/fingerprinting check .
Valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.
Preferred Qualifications: Direct Experience in K-12 programs delivered by technology.
