The School of Business Administration at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA invites candidates for a full-time, tenure-track appointment as an Assistant Professor of Management teaching in the area of human resource management beginning in the fall of 2022. The successful candidate is expected to take part in teaching, professional development, academic citizenship, and service, and advising as specified below.

PhD in Human Resource Management, Management, or related field – DBA and ABD considered, with the expectation the ABD candidate will have successfully defended their dissertation by July 15, 2022
Demonstrated ability to teach in the management discipline within the undergraduate or graduate level: Human Resource Management or Management preferred; Secondary specialty in Organizational Behavior, International Management, Strategy, or Entrepreneurship is a plus
Demonstrated strong commitment to excellence in peer-reviewed scholarship
Willingness to advance the mission of the University and School of Business Administration in teaching and scholarship
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a collegial environment
Ability to develop a strong network with the business community
