Major Work Characteristics :
Teach undergraduate or graduate courses face to face and online. Submit student outcome assessment results as requested. Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments and university officials via university provided tools and resources. Attends trainings, supervision, and faculty meetings, as requested.
Ability to contribute to the diversity, cultural sensitivity, and excellence of the University community through teaching.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in social work required from a CSWE accredited program. If Bachelor's Degree in social work only, then Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field, required. Social Work degree preferred. A minimum of two years of professional social work practice experience. Experience in activities congruent with subject matter being taught. Commitment to social work values as outlined in the NASW.
Desired Qualifications:
Teaching experience at the college level or professional social work training experience. Past experience supervising social work students enrolled in social work programs. Evidence of ability to engage students in learning social work subject matter.
