The Academic Support Coordinator for the Writing Studio and Tutoring Services is a full-time staff member of the team that oversees both aforementioned programs at Vanderbilt University. This position is one of three similar positions on the team, each with individual areas of responsibility as well as the following common set of core duties. Working primarily in support of the Writing Studio, the Academic Support Coordinator leads a variety of writing workshops and functions as a professional writing consultant (writing tutor) who holds up to twenty (20) hours of one-on-one consultations per week with undergraduate, graduate, faculty, and staff writers from across the university.
