Bellarmine University is seeking a part-time faculty in the Sociology Department. SOC 235 Social Inequality focuses on the theories of social stratification and the role of power in societies. These principles are then applied to an understanding of the social position of marginalized groups along class, gender, and racial/ethnic lines. The course meets Monday and Wednesday from 3-4:15 PM. The instructor is also required to post and hold office hours each week. The instructor is required to hold a final exam at the established time during finals week, and post final grades by the established deadline
Job Requirements:
MA or higher in Sociology and experience teaching Sociology at the college/university level. Must be able to teach in-person classes on Bellarmine University's campus.
