The Department of Business Administration at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana invites applications for a position at the Assistant Professor level. We are seeking candidates whose primary area of research falls in the domains of Business Analytics, Strategy, Finance, and/or Data Science. We welcome but are not limited to candidates whose research interests include environmental sustainability, social inclusion, gender issues and/or ethics. Applicants should have completed their PhD by July 2023. More experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.

We will begin reviewing applications immediately and until the position is filled.

Our working conditions include a start-up period with a reduced teaching load and the possibility to hire teaching and research assistants. We also provide incentives for publication as well as an attraction bonus (subject to certain requirements).

We will be interviewing interested candidates and selected applicants in the Academy of Management meeting (virtual). Do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to meet us at the AoM Career Fair before formalizing your application. Later interviews will also be scheduled remotely. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to visit our campus for a job market talk.
