Staff Associate II
This full-time, time-limited research position is for a Staff Associate II with an exceptional background and skillset in behavioral sciences (ideally social psychology). The focus of the research is behavioral interventions that aim to reduce economic inequality, with an emphasis on the concept of "positive deviance". The Staff Associate II will be tasked with critical work on an NSF grant that will involve secondary data analyses from financial and healthcare institutions as well as testing new interventions. The Staff Associate II will also have an opportunity to lead early career researchers in designing replications.
