Job Description: The Department of History at Auburn University invites applications for a non-tenure-track instructor in Latin American history. The appointee will be responsible for teaching four courses per semester including an introductory-level survey of Latin American history, upper-level undergraduate classes in the field, and the department's two-semester core undergraduate sequence in World History. Area of specialization within Latin American history is open.The one-year appointment, with possibility of renewal for two additional years contingent upon need and satisfactory performance, will begin on August 16, 2023.
