Adjunct Faculty: Sociology
The Department of Sociology at Augsburg University invites applications for adjunct faculty positions to teach introductory courses in sociology and urban studies during the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 academic years. Responsibilities include teaching at the undergraduate level, such as courses in: Introduction to Sociology; Introduction to Urban Sociology; Introduction to Social Psychology; Family Systems; Race, Class, Gender; Introduction to Criminology, and upper-division electives in Urban Sociology. Most classes are held in person during the day. Some classes meet weekly or biweekly in the evenings.
