Job Description:
- Teaching in macro and clinical practice within the School of Social Work
- Sustained productivity and growth in research and grant writing
- Advising with graduate and undergraduate students in the School of Social Work in the discipline of social work
- Service to the Department, the University, the profession, and the community
- Contributing to an interdisciplinary environment of research, instruction, and community collaborations
Short Job Description:
- Master of Social Work and doctorate in social work or a related field
- Relevant practice experience, with license or eligibility for license at the masters level in Michigan
- Demonstrated potential to maintain an active program of scholarly research and grant writing related to social work
- Experience in teaching and advising/mentoring for social work undergraduate and graduate students
- Interest in being an active part of a diverse and inclusive group of faculty, staff, and student leaders in the School of Social Work, focused on advancing social, economic, and environmental justice through social work practice, teaching, and scholarship
