Advances innovation in Digital Scholarship and the Digital Humanities through collaborations and partnerships with Faculty, LTS Staff and Students; develops, implements and assesses programming, workshops and courses in support of Digital Scholarship; provides oversight and direction of the Digital Scholarship Fellows programs. 1. Cultivate new and advance existing collaborations with Faculty and students to support innovations in digital scholarship, research, teaching and learning
*Develop outreach strategies that build partnerships with Faculty and students to spark and support innovations in digital scholarship, research, teaching and learning
*Collaborate with Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL) Director on campus-wide Calls for Request for CITL Partnership for Faculty courses and projects in Digital Scholarship, Digital Humanities, Documentary Video and Digital Library; provide guidance and support to faculty throughout the duration of these partnerships
*Collaborate with faculty, Office of Research staff, and Library and Technology Services (LTS) staff to identify, plan, write, submit and administer grants to advance digital scholarship, research, teaching and learning, including the development and implementation of innovative tools and technologies to advance digital research, teaching and learning
*Plan, in consultation with faculty and LTS staff, campus activities and events designed to increase interest and involvement in digital research and projects on campus, at other Universities and at cultural heritage organizations
*Collaborate with faculty and LTS staff to develop new course offerings that generate digital scholarship and add digital methods and approaches to existing courses
2. Collaborate with faculty partners, CITL, Library, LTS Research staff and students on the design, development, enhancement and implementation of digital scholarship tools and technologies
*Engage in research and experimental development of digital tools and technologies; collaborate on this development with LTS staff in CITL, the Library and HPC/Research Computing
*Develop and offer training, workshops and seminars on tools and technologies to support the advancement of Digital Scholarship
* Collaborate with other LTS technical specialists to share opportunities and experiences in order to advance research and scholarship
*Consult with LTS staff on strategies for storing and accessing Faculty and student digital scholarship
*Work collaboratively with local, regional, national and international institutions and scholars in conceiving and developing innovation tools and technologies
*Teach, with departmental approval, courses (or, with faculty invitation, modules of courses) in areas of digital scholarship, documentary video, digital humanities and digital library
3. Provide oversight for the Digital Scholarship Fellowship programs
*Manage the Digital Scholarship Faculty Fellowship(s); manage the resources related to the Fellowship(s) and collaborate with the Fellow(s) on projects and scholarly output
*Collaborate across LTS and academic departments in developing and funding a Graduate Student Digital Humanities Fellowship; manage the Graduate Student Digital Humanities Fellow(s); manage the resources related to the Fellowships and collaborate with the Fellow(s) on projects and scholarly output
*Collaborate with post-doctoral CLIR Fellows in the advancement of digital programs and projects
4. Contribute to CITL, Library and Research collaborations and planning initiatives
*Collaborate with the Manager of the Learning Spaces Design Team on effective management of the Digital Media Studio spaces and staff
*Track and report to CITL and LTS leadership on Digital Scholarship, Digital Humanities and research efforts
*Collaborate with the LTS Communications Strategist and the CITL Director to promote and create University-wide awareness of Digital Scholarship and Digital Humanities initiatives
*Contribute to the development, planning, organizing and facilitation of CITL events and programs including the annual CITL Symposium on Teaching and Learning

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s Degree preferred
Three to five years related work experience
Experience in Digital Scholarship/Digital Humanities
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service
Ability to build, foster and maintain positive professional relationships
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, time management and sound judgment
Solid analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
Adept use of digital communication preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a high degree of initiative for bringing tasks to completion
Excellent computer skills with experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software
Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the position
