Founded by the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1948, Stonehill is a private Catholic college located just 22 miles from downtown Boston on a beautiful 384-acre campus in Easton, Massachusetts. The Adjunct must be open to teaching three sections of the first half of the U.S. History survey (Colonial to 1877). Or three sections of World History I (Human Evolution to 1500). Each section is limited to 25 students.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach two 75-minute class meetings each week
- Create a syllabus
- Grade assignments
Education & Experience
Candidates should be ABD or have a Ph.D. in hand. Must have advanced graduate training in History or American Studies.
