1. Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years related experience or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Writing and reporting skills in an academic research environment with strong understanding of the relevant subject matter. 3. Experience with grants including narrative grant writing and data gathering for applications.
