Senior Coordinator for Equity, Inclusion, and Civic Engagement
Job Summary The Senior Equity, Inclusion, and Civic Engagement Coordinator works with faculty, staff, students, and parents to advance equity, inclusion, and civic engagement initiatives. They will develop curriculum, organize workshops, and coordinate travel logistics for civic-engagement projects (i.e. the Frameworks) for 6th-12th grade, as well as support equity and inclusion programming. The Senior Coordinator is a strategic planner with a deep understanding of systemic issues, can help students learn how to be changemakers, and has an awareness of approaches to achieve social change. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate volunteer opportunities for each grade level’s civic-engagement project, currently known as the “Social Justice Framework”
