Knowledgeable, passionate, and professional educators are essential for Green Adventure Project (GAP) to offer a high quality learning environment.
GAP School is currently hiring second through fourth grade teachers for a multi-age classroom. Our Educators co-teach to balance work-loads and lean into teaching what they feel passionate about. This position will include a focus on teaching English Language Arts. Daily job duties include (but are not limited to):
*Creating project-based learning experiences based on school-wide guiding questions
*Building positive relationships with Learners to best support their growth and development
*Classroom management in a class of up to 18 Learners
*Organization and upkeep of school supplies and outdoor classrooms
*Love of the outdoors and ability to embrace all weather
*Willingness to make mistakes and model how we learn and grow from them
*Passion for working with children to inspire the future
