- Crafting a build of essential questions and progressions of learning that cover necessary topics through student-centered learning experiences
- Drafting and refining a progression of formative assessment opportunities that logically support a culminating summative assessment task
- Navigating a highly iterative design process that entails returning to work frequently at different stages
- Evaluating the fidelity of designs throughout development to ensure adherence to inquirED’s model of inquiry-based instruction as well as specific design constraints established during each stage of the iterative design process
- Providing support to Curriculum Designers in the form of thought partnership, written feedback, and coaching opportunities
- Triangulating feedback from other experts in the work to continually iterate and refine the curriculum while adhering to inquirED’s model of inquiry-based instruction
- Managing 2-3 Curriculum Designers
