ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Applicants for the position of Professor are expected to:

• Hold a PhD degree in related fields
• Have workedat a senior position in reputed academic institutes
• Have a competitive record of academic publications in peer-reviewed top international recognized journals
• Have experience supervising PhD students to completion

Applicants for the position of Associate Professors are expected to:

• Hold a PhD degree in related fields
• Have a competitive record of academic publications in peer-reviewed top international recognized journals
• Have successfully obtained and managed grants and funding (external to the home institution)
• Have experience supervising PhD students to completion

Applicants for the position of Assistant Professor are expected to:

• Hold a PhD degree in related fields
• Have a competitive record of academic publications in peer-reviewed top international recognized journals

Applicants for the position of Research Fellow are expected to:

• Hold a PhD degree in related fields
• Have academic working with great potential

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Applicants for ALL positions should:

• Develop and deliver teaching using a range of methodologies and approaches across a wide range of topics within your subject area;
• Actively contribute to research projects either collaboratively or as an individual, contributing to a high-quality research profile for the School;

Candidates for Professor and Associate Professor should:

• Lead research group in the discipline and publish paper in the top tier, peer-reviewed journals
• Help to shape the course structure with the development of industry
• Supervise Master/PhD students
• Engage and participate in school management and activities

CITIZENSHIP AND VISA REGULATIONS:

Employment at BNU is regulated by Chinese Labour Laws, and must comply with the regulations of the provincial government.
