The Entrepreneurial Management Unit of Harvard Business School seeks candidates for full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor positions starting July 2024. Applicants should be new or recent graduates with a strong record in a doctoral program. 

The ideal candidates will conduct research influencing both academics and practitioners. Candidates with formal training in economics, sociology, finance, strategy, management, organization theory, sociology, psychology, strategy, as well as inter-disciplinary candidates, are encouraged to apply. Research interests should include one or more of the following: entrepreneurial leadership and organization; emerging industries and technologies; innovation; or financing ventures and growth. These positions require a commitment to case method teaching.

Applicants with a background in management, organization theory, sociology, psychology, or strategy should submit a complete job packet by 11:59 pm Sunday, October 15, 2023. 

Job packets must contain a cover letter specifying that you are applying for the “EM Unit”, current CV, three letters of reference, and job market paper (identified as such).

Recommenders should submit letters online by the respective dates. All application materials should be uploaded by the respective closing dates.
