The Department of Anthropology at Yale University seeks to hire a tenure-track Assistant Professor in sociocultural anthropology, with an initial five-year appointment beginning July 1, 2024. The successful applicant will have a research and teaching profile that includes the use of ethnographic methodologies to engage issues in contemporary social and/or cultural theory, broadly understood.
