1. Work closely with Faculty Director to implement the program's academic design--course requirements, their staffing and scheduling, co-curricular activities.2. Manage important stakeholder and partner relationships, especially with firms and institutions from whom we recruit students and those who hire our graduates and provide internships.3. Develop and implement recruiting strategies and activities.4. Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students.5. Take part in evaluating admissions applications, interviewing prospective applicants, and independently assessing each application to attract the highest quality and diverse group of matriculating students.6. Work with the Faculty Director on strategic development and evolution of the program and its positioning.7. Serve as liaison with faculty, all administrative departments, alumni, student government, student focus groups, outside firms and individuals as needed to facilitate on-going development, improvement and implementation of student life programs and excellent student experience.8. Develop and implement projects, events and programs to address specific issues, enhance communication and provide social interaction.9. Work with the MMS-AM Faculty Director to augment and enrich the substance and pedagogical design of course materials.10. Potentially help create marketing and other education materials, such as web sites about the program.11. Teach courses as assigned by the Faculty Director.12. May perform other duties as assigned, including working with students or faculty.

Required Skill/ability 1:  At least some graduate-level work in a related field (i.e., economics, finance, computer science). 

Required Skill/ability 2:  Solid analytical background and a demonstrated ability to write quickly and clearly (candidates are asked to provide writing samples). 

Required Skill/ability 3:  Some travel required. 

Required Skill/ability 4:  Ability to represent the School well in working collegially with peers and colleagues within and outside the University.

Required Skill/ability 5:  Proven commitment to diversity and inclusion, equity, and excellence.

Preferred Education:  Master's degree or doctorate. Experience in the asset management or financial services industry. 

Work Week:  Standard (M-F equal number of hours per day)
