Job Description:
Responsible for teaching courses and assessing learning outcomes in Sociology. Assignments may include alternative delivery methods, evening courses, and multiple sites. Must demonstrate excellence in teaching and service. Must demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of the community college.
Required Qualification:
Master's Degree Sociology or a Master's Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in
Sociology, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, Criminology, Gerontology, Public Policy, and Social Work.
Twelve hours must be in Sociology, Anthropology and/or Cultural Studies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Community College teaching or training experience is preferred.
