Allegheny College, a selective national liberal arts college, invites applications for a Guest Experience Coordinator in the Office of Admission. The coordinator provides exceptional service to prospective students and their families serving as their first point of contact with Allegheny. They will coordinate the daily visit experience with a positive and friendly approach, while maintaining detailed schedules and records. The coordinator is part of a collaborative enrollment management team who focus on working with students through a lens of equity and inclusion. They will report to the Manager of Enrollment Technology and is a full-time non-exempt position. The pay range begins at $28,300 annually.
The Guest Experience Coordinator will:
- Manage the daily visit experience, including the tracking and processing of all visit requests, and confirmation of visit schedules with student
- Coordinate with other campus offices to schedule prospective student appointments with faculty, coaches, classes, and other campus departments as needed
- Maintain accurate visit student in Slate CRM
- Manage the admission office and campus visit calendars
- Maintain the lobby area, ensuring a welcoming and clutter-free environment
- Greet and check-in visitors ensuring all questions are answered and providing a seamless hand-off to appointments
- Manage primary admission phone line for incoming calls and voicemail
- Coordinate and manage counseling staff schedule for campus visit needs
- Assistant with application and supporting material data entry
- Assist with Admission events and programs
- Train and assign work to student interns
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Associate or Bachelor degree is preferred
- Previous customer service work
- Ability to work occasional weekends or evenings
Technology skills/requirements:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace Suite
- CRM Technology
