The Blake School seeks to hire an exceptional educator and leader as Director of the Office of Equity and Community Engagement (OECE). The OECE Director will help Blake continue to build a diverse and supportive educational community, teach its students the skills for courageous conversations and civil discourse, and prepare students for lives as responsible world citizens.  The Director will partner with the Head of School, the Associate Head of School, the Director of Equity and Instruction and other senior administrators to lead the school’s efforts in building intercultural competence among students, faculty, staff and administrators and in educating parents and guardians about the necessity of this work for educational excellence.
