Position Summary
The Adult Basic Education/GED® instructor is responsible for providing multi-level class instruction to adult learners in Social Studies, Science, Math and Language Arts to improve basic skills and/or prepare for a GED® credential.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include implementing digital literacy-based lesson plans, differentiating instruction, and using technology for both in-person and on-line instruction (via Zoom).
Instructors must maintain all required student records, complete all reporting requirements, and attend required professional development activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; Classroom teaching experience with a minimum of 1-year experience teaching Adult Basic Education or GED required; ability to teach all subject areas using differentiated instruction; and experience incorporating technology to deliver instruction.
