Middle School History-Social Studies Teacher
St. Andrew's Episcopal School is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative middle school history teacher for a full-time, permanent position starting August 2024 at our 31st Street campus in Austin, Texas. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in history, social studies, geography, or other humanities-related field, several years of teaching experience, excellent character, and a passion for teaching middle school history and social studies. We focus on World Social Studies (6th), Early American History (7th), and Modern American History (8th). The ideal candidate would be able to teach at any grade level and routinely collaborate with the Middle School History Department.  Our history classes use content to build inquiry and develop skills in critical thinking, expo
