Overview The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART) or product. The RTE's major responsibilities are to facilitate the development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. RTEs communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. The Principal RTE facilitates process and execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering community of practice. They lead and/or participate in lean-agile transformations, coach leadership, and other teams in agile mindsets and new processes.
