Visiting Assistant Professor in Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian Studies
The Russian and Eurasian Studies Program at Colgate University invites applications for a one-year visiting assistant professor position in Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian Studies beginning fall semester 2024, with the possibility of renewal for one additional year, pending institutional need and the evaluation of teaching effectiveness. We are looking for a dynamic interdisciplinarian whose courses will apply approaches from the social sciences and/or history to the people, places, and phenomena of the region. Language competence in one of the languages of the region is required. The ability to teach Russian language if needed for the program is a plus.
