Job Summary: The person in this position will be responsible for management, innovation, and growth of all aspects of the College of Letters & Science (L&S) Community of Graduate Research Scholars student fellowship program (CGRS). This includes being responsible for: graduate student advocacy and mentoring; program development; fiscal management and development of program budgets; maintenance of a longitudinal database of students served; maintenance of appropriate records of participants' activities and eligibility; disbursement of fellowships; preparation and submission of annual program reports; and supervision, training, and evaluation of staff as appropriate.
