Instructional Designer
Overview: Salem State University is seeking two Instructional Designers to support excellence in teaching and faculty development. The instructional designers work closely with each other and other staff of the Center for Teaching Innovation to support the professional development of faculty, develop programming in collaboration with other departments, and aid in the design and development of courses in various modalities. Instructional designers work both independently and as part of a team. They also have some operational and administrative responsibilities in relation to program and project management, including scheduling workshops and other programming, publishing the weekly CTI newsletter, developing new resources, and maintaining the CTI main website.
