Middle School Social Studies/Humanities Teacher
Description: The successful candidate will teach up to five sections in the areas of social studies, history, or the humanities in grades 6, 7, and 8.  Classes will include at least one middle school social studies course, with one or more additional courses.  Anticipated needs for 2025-2026 include classes in Geography, Ancient History, and introductory Latin, and a survey course in the Seven Liberal Arts. In addition to teaching, responsibilities include attending regular department and grade-team meetings, working with students in individual or small-group tutorials as needed, and communicating proactively with parents and administrators about student progress.  Teachers also contribute to the life of the school through additional duties,
