Long-Term Substitute Middle School History Teacher
Ensworth School seeks an experienced History teacher to join its middle school faculty as a long-term substitute through the conclusion of the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal applicant will have three or more years of teaching experience in a variety of middle school History courses and the demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues. This position will teach two sections of Grade 6 Work History focusing on the Ancient World through the Fall of Rome and two sections of Grade 7 World History from the Fall of Rome through the Age of Exploration. Strong pedagogical content knowledge and proficiency with educational technology are essential, as is a growth mindset.
