The Dialogue Project at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business invites applications for a two-year post-doctoral associate position (one-year contract renewable based on performance) to begin on July 1, 2025. The post-doctoral position is part of a new initiative at Fuqua called “The Dialogue Project.” A central goal of the Dialogue Project is to support research on fostering trust, openness, joint problem solving in the presence of polarization and conflict.  The post-doctoral associate will collaborate with faculty in Fuqua’s Management and Organizations area and Strategy area on topics related to this research goal.  The two areas provide an outstanding environment for research. The post-doctoral associate will be expected to participate i
