St. Andrew’s Episcopal School seeks to hire an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate full-time Middle School (6-8) Latin teacher starting in August of 2025. Preferred candidates will be eager to make introductory Latin and Roman culture accessible to middle school students and collaborate regularly with the K-12 Modern and Classical Languages Department. Candidates are expected to have experience with middle school students, the Inductive or Reading method, Comprehensible Input/TPRS methods, and an openness to using spoken Latin and gamification in the classroom.
