The Head Coach is responsible for creating and maintaining a successful Men’s Wrestling program. The Head Coach is responsible the overall operation of a Men’s Wrestling team that competes in the Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association (“EIWA”), including hiring and managing a staff of assistant coaches as well as evaluating, recruiting, training and coaching Cadet-Athletes to compete successfully against intercollegiate-level competition. This position reports directly to the assigned Sport Administrator, keeping them apprised of all planning, organizing, staffing and development of the Army West Point Men’s Wrestling program.
